Terms of Commision

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of services below:

GENERAL TERMS
By commissioning me, you agree to get your desired character drawn in my style, proportion, color choices, and all the artistic choices that follow. There might be small alterations(s) in color to fit my color palette choices.I may decline the commission if I feel like I cannot deliver the commission well enough or that it doesn’t suit my aesthetics.I reserve the right to turn down your commission request for personal reasons
I have the right to refuse a revision pertaining to artistic skills and choices that is completely different from my artwork stylePROCESS/WORKFLOW
I will start sketching after a down payment is sent (minimum 50% from the full payment cost) (paying in full payment in this stage is also welcomed btw!
(•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑After the down payment is sent, I will send you an initial sketch through Google Drive link via your e-mail.At this sketching stage, you may request any changes. Full payment will be charged after the sketch was approved, (if you haven't paid the full payment). However, after the sketch is approved, (rendering sketch to finished drawing) any major changes will incur additional fees.After the full payment, the commission CANNOT be canceled, and there will be NO REFUNDS under any circumstances after I start working on your order.Progress further than the sketch will not be started until ALL payment is completed._{see chart below for the commission workflow!}

Your finished piece will be sent through Google Drive link via your e-mail, in a high-res PNG fileThe canvas will be at least in 1500 x 1500 px, 350 dpi. Canvas size and orientation can be specified by your request (A4, landscape, portrait, square, or custom), otherwise, I will decide and inform you when I send the sketch.TURNAROUND TIME
I currently do not accept rush orders (orders that are done below 48 hours). NO STRICT DEADLINE. However, if you want to decide on a deadline date, feel free to discuss me in DM. It usually took me 1-4 weeks to finish your commission, depending on my queue order, commission complexity, real-life issues, or other unforeseen situations.

REVISIONS
Please keep in mind that there will be an additional charge for revisions.
You (as the commissioner) can request 3 (three) free minor revisions during the sketching stage. More than three (3) times of revisions will be charged with additional fees, depending on the difficulty of the revisions made.NFT and AI
You (as a client) are NOT PERMITTED, under any circumstances, to use any part of your commissioned work for non-fungible tokens and for train AI-generated contents.Use of the artwork for any advertising, generative AI training, and profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.USAGE POLICY
I (as the artist) am allowed to choose to post the artwork commissioned on my social media unless stated otherwise. I might post the watermarked and low-resolution commission results on my social media platforms, but feel free to tell me if you want your commission to remain private.I (as the artist) am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements of the finished artwork if no feedback were given to amend it.You (as the commissioner ) DO have the right to publish/upload your commissioned art from me to your personal account (don't forget to credit me if you do! ✧.◟(ˊᗨˋ)◞.✧)You are also allowed to use the commission artwork for personal use including but not limited to: social media profile pictures, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website displaysYou (as the commissioner) are NOT ALLOWED to change, edit, modify, claim, steal, trace, heavily reference, or repost my artwork without my (the artist, @naikimon’s) permission.You (as the commissioner) DO NOT have any right to use your non-commercial commissioned art as a commercial object, and you ARE NOT allowed to resell the commissioned pieces as NFT.I'm mostly available after work hours GMT +7, so there's a good chance that it's already midnight if you happen from the Western part of the globe. But feel free to ask for your commission progress, and I'll catch up with you ASAPBy commissioning me (@naikimon) you (the commissioner) have agreed to abide by the terms of service described herein.
